Mathews St. Town Homes
A brand new design for an in town project. The goal is to provide a modern brick stone exterior with very open floor plan. The biggest sell I believe will be the roof top terrace.
The Haven, 55+
This project consisted of creating multiple interchangeable floor plans. Depending on sales and lot requirements the plans were assembled accordingly to create lot specific buildings.
Here is a new design recently completed. A traditional elevation, master on the main, a formal dining room, and a wide open kitchen / family room. It is a five bedroom plan with a sixth bedroom option. Please note the two Jack & Jill baths on the second floor. Just trying to keep the builders cost down.
Mtn. Side House
The goal of this project was to provide ample living space but keep the depth of the house to a minimum. The lot has a drastic slope from front to back. We managed to keep the retaining walls under control.
OK, this might be part advertising. A local horse rescue facility needed help with some "Hay Barns" they wanted to build. Basically they are a shelter for the horses hay set out in the pasture. Feel free to ask how to donate to Trinity Rescue in Woodstock, Ga.
2nd Floor Addition
This project was in the Dekalb Historic District. That being said, we had to maintain the house footprint and keep a very low profile. We did however manage to add a nice master suite for the home owners.
